This Toolkit includes information on the fundamental elements necessary to understand basic bike advocacy organizing, starting a group, planning a campaign, terminology, vocabulary, and more. The Toolkit is meant to be read sequentially and then referenced as needed. Reading the Toolkit and taking its companion exam are also prerequisites for the Bike Advocacy Workshop to become a certified League Cycling Advocate (LCA).
